Products Guarantee

In order to apply product guarantee, you are asked to bring the damaged item to one of our branches or to send us photographs, together with a description of the defect by e-mail to service@hadadbros.com , or by whatsapp to +972544844103

Repair Service and renewal of items

If you are interested in availing yourself of either of these services, please take the item in question to one of our branches to get an estimate.

Customers living abroad should send photographs and any information to service@hadadbros.com

Dedications and engraving

Should you wish to engrave an item you are purchasing, please indicate this at the time of purchase.

Once you have made a purchase, one of our representatives will contact you in order to confirm the text.

Exchange of ‘old’ silver for ‘new’

At Hadad Bros., we will purchase both 925 and 800 sterling silver items. We will pay cash (rate 1) or give you a ‘trade-in’ credit towards a purchase (rate 2 higher).

We would ask you to take the items you wish to trade-in to one of our branches for an estimate of their trade-in value. Alternatively, please send a photograph and information (weight, quality of silver 800/925, etc) to service@hadadbros.com
